I am in a different state / country. Can I still work with you?

Yes. I currently work with clients all over Australia, and I am more than happy to work with aligned brands all over the world. You can post your products to me with ease - just remember to include a return postage bag if you wish to have your products returned to you.

How do I deliver my products to you?

Once the invoice has been paid and the photography agreement returned, you can post or deliver your products to my home address which will be provided to you during the on-boarding process.

Can you shoot at our location?

Yes. In some cases, particularly personal branding photoshoots, this is actually preferable as it allows us to better tell the unique story of your brand in it’s native environment. During the on-boarding process, we will discuss location options for your photoshoot and select space(s) that will allow us to capture images that best represent your brand and core values.

What if I am unsure about how I would like my products / portraits to be captured?

This is not a problem. Styling, location scouting, and creative direction are all a part of each of my photography packages.

At the beginning of your booking process, you will be sent an invitation to a private digital planning space that we work on together, containing questions about your brand and your goals for the shoot, space to document inspiration and build a mood board, and shot list. If you are unsure of the style and aesthetic that you would like to achieve, we can develop and refine this element of the photoshoot together until we are clear on your creative direction.

Do you book in my photoshoot for a certain date?

Yes.

Almost all photoshoots will require clients to select and hire a location or studio space for their shoot meaning that we will decide together on a date that works for us both. We will discuss, confirm and book your location(s) in for a certain date or series or days depending upon the scope of the project, and your photoshoot will be locked into these dates.

How long does it take to receive my gallery of images?

Typically you will receive your images within 7-21 days from the date your photoshoot took place. If the scope of your project requires additional editing time, I will inform you of an estimated delivery date.
